Meditation and Q&A with Paramahamsa Vishwananda
About Japa – Live Mantra Meditation
This special meditation with Paramahamsa Vishwananda brings together thousands of people from across the globe to chant the Divine Name for the upliftment of humanity and Mother Earth.
Mantra chanting (or Japa) is a form of meditation/prayer used across cultures and religions to help focus one’s mind on the Divine. Japa chanting is traditionally done using a japa mala consisting of 108 beads. You may use any mantra (protection of the mind/heart prayer) you enjoy. However, we recommend chanting the Divine name – ‘OM Namo Narayanaya’ (OM Namo Narayanaya means ‘OM, I give everything to the One in whom all things dwell and who dwells in all things’).
These mantra chanting sessions bring deep peace, and are concluded with a special Mother Earth meditation guided by Paramahamsa Vishwananda for the healing of the Earth and all Her inhabitants.
Join your heart and voice with thousands of people around the globe chanting the Divine Name for love and world peace LIVE Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am PST/11am EST.
While chanting with the Master is more powerful than we can comprehend, Paramahamsa Vishwananda encourages everyone to continue chanting the Divine Names every day.
